I am not sure if you have this note still, but I think your research may have been skewed. Please don't shoot me, I'm just honestly trying to help you.
You are asking graded Gem MS money. If it was in a PMG or PCGS holder and MS65-66, then it would be in the $2000 neighborhood. It's a damn cool note, but it's ungraded and VF condition, probably a 30, but could be EF. Here is the best comp I could find for you:
Pricing for error and fancy serial notes has not changed much, if at all, since 2023. Being a raw note, I would put it's honest retail value at between $650-$750. I hope this helps you sir.
