64 Kennedy Accented Hair (removed)

Selling the proof set whole for 200.00 shipping included.

The spots are red and NOT black and so I believe they will come off with a dip/rinse. I chose not to open and dip just in case the toning could be appreciated. Also the Kennedy is PR68 quality all of the marks are on the cellophane and NOT the coin.
Looking for a quick flip! No discounts if it doesn't sell then I will rinse and have graded.

    Well the Kennedy cleaned up nicely using ms70 first then acetone but there is a small mark in the left obverse so I don’t think it gets the 8.
    Plus the Washington and Lincoln have a shot at cam.

    In my humble experience, I've seen PR-69 coins that look much worse than your Kennedy.

    I don’t have a ton of experience in proofs so hopefully you’re right and it catches 68. I’ll post the results.
