Help Identifying A Coin

I know pictures would help but I'm not good at that. I'm sure its from the middle east, brass in color , the size of a quarter. On one side is a mountain with value below, 1,000. Below this is the date 1387 (1967 ?). On the other side is a long building with a sun raising behind. I've been looking thru my world coin books but no luck. Hopefully someone can help me out.

Thank you, that's the coin. I had the 1387 but an AH date not SH. I was looking in the wrong place.
