Coin guy here so unsure if this is even considered off center but wanted to check if any premium. Thank you for any help!

No premium, in fact it devaluates it. Collectors of currency, like stamp collectors, like the graphics centred. The only time it would have value is if it was off centre enough that part of the adjoining bill was showing.
