What is current pricing for 1972 Topps baseball 5th series in Ex condition. My old price guide showed 4.00 per card, but ebay completed listings are 1-2 range.

There aren't really set prices for this stuff.
If you have the guy in front of you who is looking for those cards you can likely get a good price.
If you're trying to dump it off you're likely not going to get a very good price.
On a side note, I've been watching clips on Facebook of this guy who seems to be doing a bunch of shows and buying tons of cards at 85% of comps. I don't see how that guy can stay in business if those clips are real.
