I was upgrading my full complete set and I noticed a card was not listed in its spot. That is not the first time that has happened to me and I believe it has happened to at least another on here. Boy, that would have been very bad timing if it was when they were setting the 2025 #1's on the Set registry.
I think last year they showed up around November, but my memory isn't amazing.

I've had a near similar experience but only with sets needing to be completed. I would enter the cards and all the info and thinking everything was good after it showed being accepted to my sets. The only reason I realized something was wrong was when I bought a card thinking I needed it for my set, then I went to photograph the card and it showed I had one already. I would then check the card slot in my set and it would show the add 1 tab. Weird. as it showed accepted when first entered.
Now if I'm remembering correctly this only happened if the card fit in more than one set I had. Now when I enter cards I make sure that after being accepted when entering card cert# I go to the set(s) where the card(s) should populate to make sure they are in fact added to the set. I do this now whether I buy one or multiple cards. Haven't bought a duplicate card since!

Deadline for submission was May 31st @ 5PM EST.
There is a Set Registry Awards Dinner/Event on Friday Aug 1st at The National.
Hard to tell when the Registry gets the 2025 awards update. 2024 seemed like it was sometime in the fall.

I just saw a post about the 2024 banner awards.
It seems like they showed up just before Dec 18th last year.
