If anyone finds a reasonable cost for the NFL season, pls post. I'm using Roku, and streaming DirecTV. Looks like prices have gone up...again.

NFL Sunday Ticket I think it's called?

$169 for the Season but you only get big plays not the entire game

NFL Net is what I have...

What a rip off. Remember the old days when you got them for free. You could watch football all day long.

if i didn't gamble on these games, my interest in the NFL would mirror that of MLB. i used to be an enormous baseball fan back in the day, and now i'd have a hard time naming 10 players in the entire league. strikes & steroids repelled me to the point of not caring one iota.

the commercialization of the NFL is having a similar effect. all of these packages & streaming services you're required to sign up for just to watch an effing game shoves me to the brink of not watching altogether. it is so off-putting. add to that the lack of parity and my interest is at its lowest point since i've been alive. i'm supposed to regularly open my wallet to watch games in a league where over 80% of the teams have absolutely no chance of winning the championship before the season ever starts? with rigged inconsistent officiating and rules changes that render the sport virtually unrecognizable to boot?

    **** you, NFL.

think back to when you were a kid. think about your love for the NFL at the time. compare it to now, with all of the disgusting variables involved. there is NO comparison for me personally.

you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet

and switched to the Old School The Price Is Right channel which airs 24/7...

I completely lost interest in the NFL once Brady retired. If there is a free game on I usually watch it but have really no interest in who wins or loses.

Couldn’t live without the NFL package at any cost. $400 or whatever it is to watch the Bills all year and swap in between commercials to see 4 games at once. Priceless. Remember we go 7 months without football and cram all you can.
400 into 18 = $22.00 for a Sunday full of football. It’s one large pizza or 2 Starbucks
