PCGS Crossover Submission Question

I have a non-US coin that was graded by ICG. I would like to submit it to PCGS. Two questions.
On the attached PCGS submission form, I select "crossover" as the service type, correct?
The crossover option contains the text "+1%GP". What does this mean?

1) Correct.
2) GP = Guarantee Premium
This is an extra fee (1.0%), on top of the applicable grading fee, that you are charged IF the coin crosses to your specification.
