    In Paris, there is a row of coin dealers down the block from the Bibliotheque Nationale de France, close to the Louvre. I was there last summer and picked up this Merovingian tremissis from iNumis.

    The BnF museum also has a nice coin display including some great ancient coins, such as the gold Bactrian 20-stater, the largest gold coin of antiquity.

    Funny enough I bought a Chihuahua 8 reales from them a few years ago on Ebay, nice coin and fairly priced.
