Is this a common error or worth grading?

Besides what may be a low ink serial number on the left front which i initially thought was doubled this note has the serial number from the next note on the reverse. You can see the zeros from the next bill. Is it a keeper? Thanks for any info

Just a minor offset problem. Not all that uncommon in the printing of currency.
I think the bill is in too poor of shape to add what little premium there would be.
I thought it may be a minor error. Thanks
