Extremely rare Holyoke MA, Hadley Falls Bank $5 Obsolete note

Last night, I was participating in the Live auction at Heritage, and came across an obsolete note that I was unfamiliar with. I researched all my obsolete books as well as online, and could find very little information on it. It didn't even appear at all in Don Kelly's Obsolete Paper Money book - something I have never encountered before. I went ahead and bid on it and won it for $280 plus BP.
It turns out that there are only TWO of these notes graded by PMG in ANY condition! There is a 10 Net, and 12. That's it. The 12 is the Haxby Plate note, and this is the other one. After an exhaustive search, these two notes seem to the the only two genuine examples of their kind known to exist. All others are counterfeit or Proofs. I have been unable to find any raw examples or PCGS graded examples.
If anyone here has any further info, please let me know. As of now, this is by far the rarest note in my collection.
