Consigning through PSA on eBay. If all cards go straight to eBay, does PSA refund return shipping?

A 4-card order was recently graded. One I'm tempted to keep and/or sell on my own, but if I get return shipping refunded, I may consign all four through eBay. Does anyone know?
Recent sales for the card at issue range from $60-105 on eBay. If I can’t get a refund even if I consign all cards, I’ll ask for it to be shipped back and I’ll take my time to try to sell it for something closer to the higher end of that range. If I get a shipping refund, it probably makes sense to consign even if it’s at the lower or midpoint of that range.

Hmm, usually you make the decision before the grades come out (either when you submit the submission form, or you can change it after it becomes an order), or you have a window of time from when the grades are available but before they charge you. Pretty sure once they charge you, its already off to the shipping dept to come back to you.
Cant say I know for sure, but if it's selling directly on ebay, then It's likely going through the vault.
And if that's the case, the shipping charge to you is the same, whether to the vault or shipping back to you.
PSA has a "temporary vault" where they hold cards after grading and before sending to the actual vault.
Seems doubtful they hold cards while waiting to see if they sell on ebay, then send direct to the buyer from there.
And what if the buyer wants the card vaulted, is the buyer then expected to pay shipping to the vault, where normally there is no shipping charged for vault transfers? And do the cards just stay at PSA headquarters if they don't sell?
I have to think the vault is involved.....but I could be totally wrong.
Thanks. Appreciate the responses and your point about the vault. I wasn’t sure if that entered the equation or not when a card goes straight to eBay after grading.
I'm not sure either, I was more or less thinking out loud.
When your card gets listed, you'll be able to see if it's vaulted.
In fact, I haven't actually seen a PSA listed card on ebay that hasn't been vaulted.
(Not my card)
Thanks - I just checked my listings and they all say the same, so I guess they do get vaulted.
Just looked at the submission form and sending to the vault costs the same shipping as sending back to you.
It's been said: "the shipping charge to you is the same, whether to the vault or shipping back to you."
And to expand, if you split the sub into some cards going to the vault and the others shipped back to you, the shipping charge remains the same.
