I see Yonaka states one may exist based on one collector stating they are pretty sure having seen 1 example.

Mintage = 81 examples

I prefer collecting coins in lower circulated condition G04 to F12

    No, but then given that it's not confirmed, there is no reason to expect anyone reading this thread or posting on this forum to have ever seen or heard of one.

    If only one exists, it's presumably owned by someone who doesn't want it known as public knowledge.
