Current silver price (updated 6/4, 11:55pm PT): As I write this, CoinFlation has 90% silver at 24.97x face and silver dollars at 26.7x. Prices below were set when 90% was at 23.38x.
When Coinflation was at 23.38x, SD Bullion and Bullion Exchanges were pricing random 90% at 23.4-24.8x face (23.4 when you buy $100 face), and Apmex is 24-25x face, especially for smaller lots.
