Question regarding Hugh Shull's price list catalogs

I'm trying to compile a list of Hugh Shull's price list catalogs. A quick online search shows they were issued at least 1989-2009, apparently twice a year (editions 1 and 2). Can anyone provide more information? Thank you!

    The only one that I still have is labeled '1st Edition 2010'. It is likely the last one that I ever received.

    I've got two a year starting 2002 and going to the 1st edition 2010 as well.

    SPMC LM #405 - Collector of Ohio obsoletes. And other stuff, that I'm not going to tell you, so you don't buy it before I do.

    This is what I have in my library. The booklet format started with 1983 #2. Before that they were 8 1/2x14 sheets stapled in the upper left corner.

    I believe 2010 #1 was the last one issued, but I could be wrong.
