I don't think it's authentic. It looks like it was intentionally damaged in a variety of ways, but the edges are decent. I would compare it to a common with a loop and UV light. That usually gives it away.
If you are ever stuck on if a vintage card is authentic, buy a couple of commons from the same year and compare to the card you are looking to purchase.
That looks like some fresh card abuse. 😄 Would probably have an incredible laugh if I could witness the techniques employed. Maybe got shut in a door a couple times in the last couple years. Looks as if they maybe used some sandpaper to make the front look worn, but just looks like a sloppy toolshed job.
The paint on the back looks phenomenally strong for a 70+ year old piece of cardboard. Especially one that had a couple fights with a door. Looks like it almost has a shine or gloss that would seem common in a reprint. Back does not appear to have received the same sandpaper treatment as the front. The edges look pretty undamaged in comparison to all the efforts to show creases and corner damage and supposedly natural streaky lines of paint loss.

The greatest technique of the scam is to price the card at a point where people disregard reason and common sense, convincing themselves that this might be real.
fake. Don't you like how the roughed up areas on the front of the card are only in the blue background areas? And those areas are white after 70+ years.
Don't remember if I saw that tour, but I only saw them about 10-12 different times during their run. Probably a top 5 band in my personal list.
The way I remembered it there were not a lot of announced shows in the DC area. It was weird because I heard a lot of times the way you knew a Fugazi show was happening was because somebody got word they were doing a show tonight, not because this club sold tickets way in advance. So when I saw this one was announced I was like sure, yeah, one please.
Before that, one time my roomate got word there was a show so, we all are kids in College Park, MD with no car so we called a cab and it never showed so it was just like bummer, guess we aren't seeing Fugazi tonight. Was probably in some tiny club that doesn't exist anymore.

First thought was, " its a fake. "
More wrong than any call ever made by Angel Hernandez.

It looks that way because it was laminated.

Fugazi
The term "fugazi" is used as slang to describe something that is fake, a fraud, or inauthentic.
It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)
I think you mean Fugazi is one of the greatest bands of all time!!!

Fake as everyone else said........plus nobody mentioned the gloss on the reverse. So so many dead giveaways that it is fake.

Incredible band. And I've still got my ticket.
My college roommate was a huge fan of the band, but I still initially think of Donnie Brasco when I hear the word…!

Man, I wish I'd held onto some of those...

Kurt Cobain loved Fugazi.

Buy a 1952 Topps Wings common for 50 cents and compare - it’s same paper, goods, cut, etc
Kiss me twice.....let's party.
Kurt Cobain liked Mazzy Star too. Fade Into You. Halah. Some nice stuff.
The guy shouldn't have made the creases and scissors corner wear.
Because then it would have graded higher with Fred's Authentication Kard Enterprises.
