Emailing PCGS Set Registry is now impossible *Sigh*

It used to be that you could email SetRegistry@collects.com. But now when you do, you get this:

Thank you for reaching out to Collectors. This email inbox (setregistry@collectors.com or setregistryshared@collectors.com) is no longer active and is not monitored for incoming queries.
For assistance with PCGS Set Registry inquiries please fill out the PCGS Support Form or email pcgssetregistry@collectors.com.
...

Then if you email pcgssetregistry@collectors.com, you get the same email.

Additionally, several registry web pages instruct us to email setregistry@collectors.com (such as the set request page).

@PCGS_Hy Is PCGS aware that of the contradictory and incorrect instructions?

I was trying to send a request to have the 2024 US Proof Set registry added. I know it says you're not accepting new US set requests but I think this one deserves an exception. After all, there is a 2024 Mint Set. My email had attached a complete composite listing but I don't think anyone got it.

I recently joined Mycollect and have been extremely impressed with their formatting and speed of response. It’s such a shame that PCGS are dropping the ball so much with the registry. But I guess they just don’t care.

In fairness to PCGS they have recently been in touch with me, but it took a long time to get responses and the delays just left me feeling neglected and ignored. Compare that with mycollect and it’s a world apart.

    Take a look if you haven’t already…..

No, I'm not going to compete against coins from other TPGs that use different measuring sticks. Imagine a weight lifting competition where some people lifted kgs and some lbs but the lbs-to-kgs conversion was ambiguous. I am already too "pot committed" to PCGS.

The good news is that PCGS gets the highest points :)
Try it you'll like it :)
I have over 900 sets there, no issues, and CAC is no problem

I imagine when this emailbox fills up, they'll just make up another new one...

And yep, I just got the same error here. Message from @PCGS_Hy -- "If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know." Kinda hard to do with a straight-to-recycle-bin email address

    Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize for the confusion with the auto reply emails.

I was looking into why both emails were sending the auto reply stating that the email inbox was not being monitored.

The best way to contacting PCGS Set Registry will be through PCGSsetregistry@Collectors.com or through our Contact Us form. As long as it is sent to one of these methods, your inquiry will be seen by a representative and responded to in the order that it has been received.

Setregistry@Collectors.com is not a monitored email and we are in-progress with updating any pages that still mention this email. We are also working on getting the incorrect auto reply disabled. We appreciate everyone's patience during this transition.

    Thank you,

    PCGS_Hy
