A very nice, 1928 Quarter eagle, graded 63 in an old green holder. No spots or issues. Excellent eye appeal and fairly graded in my opinion! $679 shipped, firm on the price. Shipped USPS Priority with signature required, I provide tracking as soon funds are rec'd and/or cleared. From my personal collection. I recently upgraded and do not need multiples! It’s standard for buyer to pay first when dealing with an established seller. And OP might not want to deal with a potential return because of the “sight seen” terms. No need to pressure them.
