2021 Canadian $10- gold Lucky Dragon

I could use some help. I do not normally buy modern coins graded ms68 because I feel new coins should be 69 or 70. I saw this gold coin at a show and I thought it was really cool, a dragon from Canada.
I was very surprised to discover PCGS graded only four of these coins. So I tried unsuccessfully to find more information ie: mintage, on his coin.
Does anyone know where I can find mintage figures for this coin?
Also, all the information I found stated these coins are reverse proofs however my coin is graded MS. Again any help understanding the details on this coin would be most appreciated.

Not listed in the v2, 2024, Charlton. Maybe in the mint's annual report?

I believe there were 8,888 minted with 8 being the Chinese lucky number.
It is very strange that I can't seems to find any information about this gold. Not on Canada mint site.

I too can’t find anything which I find to be very strange. I even tried the mints annual report as suggested.
Here is a 2022 version on the RCM website. It appears they did several years and these were bullion coins with no mintage limits.

And the details:
A unique ¼ oz. weight offering from the RCM with a $10 CAN denomination.
Features an impressive reverse proof finish – frosted background and natural raised elements create a stunning contrast.
Intricately engraved showing the details of the scales and curvature of the dragon coiled in the shape of the number ‘8’– a lucky number in Chinese culture.
No fixed mintage.
