Do you think this scratch will get a details grade?

I'm thinking of buying this 1914-D $2.50 quarter eagle, but the scratch in the tail of the headdress, 3-6 o'clock area, concerns me. Do you think this would be gradeable, or straight details - damaged?

    Details and possibly Graffiti which would be worse, There are too many nice ones out there. Buy one in a PCGS holder and avoid the real risk of it being counterfeit,
