Bill Belichick coaching at the college level

It's no secret that Bill Belichick was hired to coach the UNC Tarheels down here in North Carolina, how do you think this turns out?

He gets into a scandal with the cheerleaders. LOL

I think this turns out very well. He is used to coaching high paid athletes which NIL has turned college sports into, so I don't see him missing a beat there.

Be interested to see how handles re-recruiting his entire team every year. That gets old even for college football coach lifers, but jumping into that at his age with so much pro history may be tough.

Completely agree. I think Belichick is thinking that enough high school kids, and college transfers, will be so interested in playing for him, that they will come to him in droves. Perhaps he figures that he won't have to do all that much "recruiting" so to speak. Just pick and choose from a top list of candidate resumes.

Whether that works or not, we shall see.

Great point about re-recruiting basically the ENTIRE team EVERY year now. What a non-stop 24/7 process that must be now. You really have to be on top of everyone now not just high school recruits. The tough job now with NIL is keeping the talent. In my opinion NIL has ruined college football.

Its a lot more work as a college head coach for football. You have to recruit high school guys, recruit your own guys in the portal twice a year. and recruit other guys.

He had his GF one the field running things and an average recruiting class. I think it will be a disaster overall

Is shocked to see Bill head to college at his age. If memory serves, recruitment time-suck and the portal is what drove Saban out.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

Its starting to sound like UNC might be having the same thoughts.

I'm wondering if some colleges will set up their football programs like the pros are to adjust to NIL? Like a GM, assistant GM, etc. down the flow chart? Or have some done this already? I know the Miami Hurricanes have an "athletic" director in charge, but does football need to be its own entity now? The 4's and 5's out of high school are lawyered up with agents seeking the best deals for their clients. So should the schools respond in a way of treating this as a business now because that is what it is?

There are a few schools that have GMs already.

Lots more than just Saban have left from that. Mack Brown the coach before Belli at UNC is the same age and that was one reason he left. Chip Kelly took a significant pay cut to not be the UCLA head coach any more and go be the OC at OSU. A lot of the older coaches just dont want to spend that amount of time and effort and would rather be a coordinator or just retire. Then you have your Dabos that refuse to use the portal and put effort into it and the decline of the program shows it

The schools have always treated it as a business theyre just mad now that they have to share the profits with the players. As mentioned a lot of the schools have football GMs now in an effort to reduce the work load of the head coach. Its been moving towards football becoming its own entity for a while now and its also been moving towards the SEC and the B!G leaving the NCAA entirely. Swanky from the NCAA doesnt want to do that but the pressure has been growing and he wont be around forever, talks have already happened about it

I have been convinced for a while now that she has been making significant decisions about the program and is basically his handler. Its finally come out in public with how she controlled that softball interview and is on the field at practice etc. Shes been doing some recruiting which who knows what that means lol but Im glad its all coming out now as players deserve to know what theyre getting into and they didnt recruit well this year.

Well he's dating at the college level so coaching at the college level should be just as easy!

rumor has it he leaves the cheerleader to date hot lips houlihan.

    :#
bill has lost the plot for real

this woman is obviously a sex worker who has been somehow elevated to girlfriend -minder status

it explains the feud with kraft . Jordan was supposed to be krafty's own private OF girl but bill stole her away . Good news for us though or she would have been in charge of the patriots draft

surely a millionaire can do better than jordon hudson ? shes what a 6 or so under all the makeup and filters?
    and crazy to boot

message to bill , just pay for a different girl every night it will be cheaper in the long run

    Hoodie is an idiot honestly

Like why even get involved with coaching at this point, he has a hottie to hang out with and endless money to enjoy

He should hang with this girl until he gets tired of her and then move on to another one - wash rinse repeat...

Im pretty certain shes a big reason why he pulled strings to be the UNC coach

Billy Football should have taken his bag of gold and quietly faded into the sunset. Having the 21 yr old hotty, who appears to be controlling him, will lead to nothing but problems. BTW, nice Navy shirt you had on Billy...find that in the trash? Why on earth do you want to expose yourself to college football at the age of 73...life is such a short ride, pack it in and travel.

Bill Belichick pictured with his granddaughter.

Oh, excuse me, I meant to say his girlfriend.

when he was that age he was not killing it with the ladies . I mean a broke assistant coach with a toadlike appearance doesn't get much attention

Same thing with his son Steve, there is a NEGATIVE chance his wife would have anything to do with him if it wasn't for the $$, it's hilarious actually

Speaking of his Navy shirt you have to be at least a little pissed off if youre UNC and hes wearing another colleges gear in an interview even if it is a service academy. Dont necessarily need to wear UNC stuff but at least dont wear another colleges stuff.

As for his GF shes apparently complied like 9 million in real estate since they started dating so I guess he needs the job to fund her real estate business. Ill just go ahead and say it I dont find her to be anything special, Ive seen hotter waitresses

bill and bob kraft are looking more alike as they age as they adopt the same pathetic behavior patterns. they might even be competing in their creepy mating habits

I guess if he is coaching at the college, he might as when be dating at the college level.

UNC already confirmed the article of her being banned is false. Only way she gets banned from football facilities is if Bill does it or privately asks the AD to do it for him. The AD isnt going to do it on his own. But yea hes building her a real estate empire. Her previous boyfriend when she was like 19 was a rich guy in his 60s

The Jordon Hudson/Bill Belichick situation (whatever it is) seems to me to be something that Bravo Network and Andy Cohen would possibly pitch to both of them to be worthy of being the subject of a new Bravo Reality TV Show to begin this fall and run alongside the numerous Housewives shows.

Andy Cohen, both of them (and others from the show) can appear in his studio for a sit down show at the end of season #1 to talk about all of the drama that played out on the show during the year, including asking questions about what really was going on (with their Relationship) behind the scenes and off camera. They can also talk about football and whether they were able to connect with Taylor and the her Swifties during the 2025 college football season.

Jordon, Bill, UNC, the ACC and College Football can partner with Bravo and Andy Cohen to breakdown barriers, expand the reach of their respective brands into new and exciting market segments, raise their respective public faces and make endless boatloads of mo money, mo money, mo money.

It would be interesting to learn about what the actual motivations of both of them are in them getting together and being the IT couple de jure.
