1921 Peace Dollar PCGS MS63—$950 SOLD! (delivered)
'21 Peace dollars are notoriously tough coins if eye appeal is a top criteria; as a quick eBay search will show, there are lots of ugly coins out there. This PQ example stands apart with blast white surfaces, a clean cheek, excellent luster and a solid strike. It was cherrypicked directly out of another Peace collector's set (not a dealer), and here's a chance to do the same from my personal collection. MS63 is the last approachable grade for many collectors, as the price jumps another 50% in 64 and triples in 65. This coin delivers the eye appeal of a higher grade for a fraction of the price, with the only notable demerit being a minor obverse field disturbance. Offered well under CPG ($1100) to encourage a quick sale.
