I have found what I think could be a error coin, but I'm not sure i know nothing about coins. It's a 2021 dime that seems to be an error coin during the stamping process. Is there anyway i can upload pictures to try and get some information..

Not an error, post mint damage. I'm not sure exactly what causes that, from my coins roll hunting experience it seems rather common to be just the result of some power tool project.
