I am a US dealer and a customer wanted to know if it was real, and what it's rough value would be? I don't have a clue. Tried to look it up and they started talking about restrikes and all kinds of stuff and I can't figure it out. Any help appreciated.... thanks!

This coin was re-struck in 1949. You should have your customer weigh the coin. There are some very deceptive counterfeits of this type.

Well it's most likely PVC damaged XF details assuming it's real if that helps. We can't verify if it's real as that requires physical interaction that you should use if you're a coin dealer. Try using manget tests and a scale/caliper.
