Those who are smart will OPT OUT of ebay's new forced Arbitration agreement! You have only 30 days

If you take no action then prepare for a right sound fisting...
We’ve updated eBay’s User Agreement, including the agreement to arbitrate any disputes you may have with us. Our updated User Agreement was posted on April 16, 2025. For users who agreed to a prior version of our User Agreement, this agreement is effective as of May 16, 2025.
The agreement to arbitrate in the updated User Agreement, with limited exceptions, requires you and eBay to submit disputes to binding arbitration. Below is a summary of the key changes:
We revised the process for you to opt out of the agreement to arbitrate

Opt-Out Procedure
YOU CAN CHOOSE TO OPT OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE ("OPT OUT") BY MAILING US A WRITTEN OPT-OUT NOTICE ("OPT-OUT NOTICE"). THE OPT-OUT NOTICE MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE AMENDMENT OR 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU FIRST ACCEPT THIS USER AGREEMENT. YOU MUST MAIL THE OPT-OUT NOTICE TO EBAY INC., ATTN: LITIGATION DEPARTMENT, RE: OPT-OUT NOTICE, 583 WEST EBAY WAY, DRAPER, UT 84020. For your convenience, we are providing an Opt-Out Notice form - opens in new window or tab. You must complete, sign, and mail that to us to opt out of this Agreement to Arbitrate. You must sign the Opt-Out Notice for it to be effective. Any Opt-Out Notice will be effective only if you send it yourself, on an individual basis, and opt-out notices from any third party purporting to act on your behalf will have no effect on your or eBay’s rights. This procedure is the only way you can opt out of this Agreement to Arbitrate.
Opting out of this Agreement to Arbitrate has no effect on any arbitration agreement(s) you may currently have with us, including any previous version of this Agreement to Arbitrate to which you agreed; all such prior arbitration agreements remain in effect unless superseded by this Agreement, and you cannot use this procedure to opt out of any previous version of this Agreement to Arbitrate. Neither you nor eBay waives any right to arbitration that may apply to any current or pending lawsuit, arbitration, or legal proceeding commenced prior to the effective date of this Agreement to Arbitrate. If you opt out of this Agreement to Arbitrate, all other parts of this User Agreement and its Legal Disputes section will continue to apply to you.

Not sure what the impact will be, they have always made their own decisions on disputes.
This isn't for disputes between buyers and sellers. This would remove your right to file a lawsuit against ebay if they wronged you or your business. I would definitely urge people to opt out.
For those that choose to opt out you will no longer be able to use ebay. Just so you know.
How much did it sale for is one of the funniest and most ignorant things I've ever heard.
Not correct that is if you opt out only from the complete agreement!
I provided link to instructions to the correct Opt Out form for lawsuit portion as well as link to the correct form which must be sent snail mail.
I do hope your incorrect posting did not hurt folks here that decided not to read further. I urge you to redact your post. If I see u have done so I will do same to this response post.

All due respect but u are wrong. Again that is for agreement as a whole. It's what they want you to think.
If you dig deeper there is a separate opt out clause to not be forced into arbitration versus class action or other lawsuits.
I provided the link to that info as well as the direct link to that independent opt out snail mail form in the first post in this thread.
Folks clock is ticking , ensure you retain your RIGHT to partipate in lawsuits against ebay if ever needed.
To be clear you will continue to be able to use ebay. Gorilla Glue is not correct, likely due to not digging deeper past the scary and IMHO intially deceiving message from ebay. Sure hope he has not caused some here to lose...
While I'm no attorney I do have experience dealing with contracts at my firm thus I knew to drill down past the initial MHO maliciously crafted statement.

Class action lawsuits are a load of horse manure when there are damages associated with any sort of claim. The only people that make out with them are the lawyers and the folks administering the settlement. As a consumer, you are way better off taking a company to small claims court.

yep, but you give up that right as well if do not opt out of the arbitration clause via snail mail
