I883 CC GSA Morgan UNC SILVER DOLLAR - Is this a details/damage coin?

I bought this 1883 CC GSA morgan a few months ago and had not taken a close look at until recently when I was getting a grading submission ready to send in. My question after closely looking at the Obverse and the Reverse is that it looks to have extreme wear on the high points of the coin. I wonder if the coin was wired brushed or aggressively cleaned in some manner to look like this. I don't need to send in another coin just to get a details grade. If You could look at the photos and give me your thought on whether or not this GSA Morgan is worth being graded, I would appreciate your thoughts in advance and if you think more photos need to be posted please let me know.     Clearer pictures might help but truthfully the coin would probably grade a 62 if it doesn't detail from the damage that I can see.

    I'm attributing that to weak strike, but I might be wrong.

    There is no wear on this coin, just contact marks. Don’t see anything deserving of a details grade.

    Don't forget if you can't see a problem at 5X magnification, a grader won't see it either.
    No need to increase the size of the photos so much.

    JWP, you mentioned grading GSA morgans, my vote is not to pay the grading fees unless you expect a MS65, or possibly MS64 grade? Coins in GSA holders are authentic and buyers don't question it, the exact reason we grade our UNC raw morgans to prove they are authentic.

    Thanks for the thought. I feel that graded these GSA coin is worthwhile and benificial when i pass my collection to a daughter when My estate is settled.
