not able to add to se but good number on verification

Seems like I can't add to my inventory a coin just acquired but it is easily verified. Do I contact or just call PCGS or is there a process I don't know?

This message board/forum is filled with tons of identical reports. One reasonable workaround is available, if you're dealing with an NFC-encoded slab, you can add it via the mobile app's "Scan NFC" function - it bypasses the 'human' step within PCGS, by having its own verification that the physical coin is in your physical possession. IF the coin is in an NFC holder (I think all relatively recent PCGS holders have it) you've got probably 95% chance of it adding correctly, immediately. (there's been an odd case or two where it hasn't detected the coin, for whatever reason.
