What is proper submission option for already graded card to get auto and card graded

Wanting to send this one in to get it re-encased with a card grade and auto grade. Do I send it in using the 'Express with Autograph' option even though it is already card graded ?

  • Would advise against it, the streaky pen stroke at the bottom half of the first "T" and the slash over to his jersey # is going to be an 8. More flattering to have a PSA 10 and make beauty be in the eye of the beholder rather than paying extra to have a detractor on the flip...

I'd send it for a re-holder if you want the modern flip, but DO NOT send it for an auto grade as an auto grade of 8 or 9 isn't going to add value and you shouldn't get a 10.

In a review is it plausible for a grade to be lowered? In this case a 10 down to a 9?

Per the "advertising" : "There's no risk of losing your original labeling and grade if your trading card does not upgrade."

However, if the card was "blatantly" not a 10 (something was missed or maybe was damaged during encapsulation) and PSA believed it would be irresponsible to keep it out in the wild, I'd imagine that you'd get the price difference based on the declared value of the review....
