I bought because it was cheap and mostly because civil war era. Honest criticism appreciated. I think best attribute its new. Worst someone wrote Pd 2 xx
I think there are cents but can’t tell. I know not centered probably other things that’s why I’m asking. Thanks

One perf missing and several other short.
Is that considered more or less an issue than the writing ?

Probably much more. Collectors and dealers of early US are very picky and discount very heavily when there are faults that involve damage of any kind.
