I think he means that you can click on the star to unfav. the thread and then it will dither off into the ether until some villain posts. I don’t see them myself.

They aren’t “starred” for me but they’ve been staring me in the face for months… are there settings to shove “announcements” down the list that I’m missing?

Whoa… right after I posted that, the little gear thing - which previously only showed “Tag” - had a “Dismiss” option. Clicked that and they’re gone now.

They should have been changed from announcements a LONG time ago.
Now we just have THIS annoying thread! 😉

Credit goes to the members of this thread for alerting me and others as to how to "dismiss" those threads. I did it at the coin forum, also, and good riddance!!
