Anyone else waiting over a month for a submission to get logged in?

Bulk monthly special: Package received Feb 3, still waiting for it to be entered as of Mar 6, seems excessive...

Oddly enough I have 4 submissions which arrived on Feb 3rd.
1x Value
1x Value Bulk (79 - older)
1x Value (79 - older)
1x Value Bulk (80 - present)
They are all still Order Arrived.
I also have
1x Value Plus which arrived Dec. 19th and is now in Grading as of yesterday!
1x Value Plus which arrived Dec. 19th and I received via FedEx today.
1x Value Plus which arrived Dec. 19th and I received via FedEx yesterday.
and because it shouldn't make any sense...
1x Value Plus which arrived Feb. 10th and I received via FedEx yesterday.
1x Value Bulk which arrived Feb. 10th and has been in Assembly now for 2 weeks.
Go figure.
Yeah they are taking a long time . I sent in 1 card last week to get reholdered because of a cracked case and that one was acknowledged and in process almost immediately
They didn't raise Value Bulk pricing $1 because times are slow!!
PSA should partner with Klarna so people can pay for their submissions in installments.
I had a submission that sat for ever - Dec 17 was marked arrived, then Jan 15 changed to order prep, was then completed Feb 13.
Takes so long, takes the excitement out of it as I forgot what I submitted
I know what you mean… and I can’t remember what I had for breakfast this morning!!!
Live long, and prosper.
Cheers guys, thanks for settling my mind
Now to figure out how to get my membership money back after PSA just announced Canadians are no longer allowed to send them any submissions
I would guess the machine got Jammed and it’s expensive to fix.
I gave them 11 invoices on Jan 28 and two are still in research and ID????
I don't understand why this is the case as well. However, the other 9 invoices are in assembly and that is lightning-fast service. Does anyone know why some of the "assembly" orders have a clock and some have a check mark?
I recently sent in my first card sub in a long time... been at least a couple years. It was sent in at the Value Plus level (Montana and Rice rookies)... advertised as 20-day turn.
Delivered on 2/21, logged on 2/24 and just got an upcharge email this morning (3/7)! Needless to say, I'm pretty pumped about my first upcharge ever! 😁
Yes, it’s taking 2-4 weeks to logged in.
They are still getting the grades out within the advertised timeline.
Turnaround has been excellent by PSA. No complaints here but can they send me an upcharge email? Love those emails
I had an Express submission that sat in purgatory (received but not logged) for a week, 7 days. That seems a bit much. I've had some baffling waits on the lower levels but I went express because, well, there is some urgency, in particular the first mover advantage in relations to some of the auctions happening during spring training. The advantage I guess is still there since they don't have stock scans for most of the cards yet, but still, we know that PSA have traunches to separate the various levels of service when packages arrive. If Express is getting backed up, that doesn't strike me as great. But there's not much anyone can do so, c'est la vie.
Was told at Walk on Wed today 3-4 weeks to log in non express level vintage

The latter (very much) remains to be seen. When the first step is taking a month or more, I don't see how they'll be able to maintain estimated turnaround times.
Traffic backing up on the highway applies.

BTW as has been mentioned elsewhere CGC's Pokémon debacle and their associated moronic actions have any educated folk fleeing to PSA since early Feb. Sudden influx leads to slowdowns

What happened?
https://www.pokebeach.com/2025/01/millions-of-dollars-of-prototype-pokemon-cards-may-be-forgeries-retired-creatures-employee-involved
It wax widely reported 6 weeks ago. On good authority it's headed to the court system and those behind the suit will not settle out if court - they want CGC to face discovery process. Expect to see ink on that prior to Mid Year
Folks who read my posts here know I'm generally quite negative about PSA so believe me when i say CGC's shennigans make PSA look like saints.

If CGC is self-destructing, and PSA is getting flooded with pokemon, maybe psa should just charge more for tcg? I don't see any other way to keep TA times decent, and I do think card markets as a whole are better off in the long term if money isn't tied up as long. If Nat is true to his stated goal of 4 week TA times, then they have to keep fees aligned with demand.
I have a value order that arrived 2/27 but has no update since.
guys just start sending the cards to me. I can log them in and grade within one week. LOL!!
My opinion is keep price lower to ensure the vampire is staked. Then raise.
Rumor has it more folks being hired in Jersey as its believed the additional influx will be long term trend.
