New Certification Number for Graded Coins | Question

Greetings All!
I have a large number of PCGS slabbed coins that I have collected over the years. I would like to have them resubmitted for regrading, but more importantly, I would like new certification numbers added to them from my submission.

I know how to submit, but is there a way to request that the coin's original certification number be removed during the process and the one that matches the submission number be added in its place?
