Value bulk prices went up?

Did they recently up the price. It’s now 19.99
Was it not 18.99?
I thought psa wanted to add technology to grading and bring prices down at one point.
Ugh I have a mint 1972 baseball set I keep hoping I can grade but lost all hope.

ROTFLMFAO
I do wish that was the case but the only way prices get lower is submission volumes plummet. If that does not occur then expect regular price increases, as with SGC now under the same umbrella there is ZERO viable competition and none anywhere on the distant horizon.
It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)
The hope of an Oversized Special may be lost as well.
Why would PSA offer their loyal customer base that built their brand a "special" when droves and droves of newbies with Pokemon & modern manufactured keep on spending?
WTH are they submitting. And I agree the modern side is the drive. So why increase pre 1980 when nobody is sending them in like modern cards.
They are in business to make a profit. The loyal customers are not factored into their decisions.
Anyone know what the submitting bulk price for non-member 1950''s non-sports is. Is it worth to get membership is I only plan to submit once or twice a year. I have not submitted since maybe 5-10 years.
It's a $5 difference right now, so you need to grade 30 cards a year to break even on the membership.....
Thank you Rufuss
