I was recently sorting some cards and came across this; is it a no number error?

    Maybe a Promo?
    Also the text is different on the back. Check the last line of text in the paragraph. The left one reads "the Clippers 04/24/94 and he one without the numbers reads "Clippers 04/24/94"

    It is a fairly common promo (he was the spokesperson then). Several on COMC and ebay.
