That company is still in operation and apparently they are a global provider of precious metals in fabricated forms such as jewelry findings, tubing, wire, etc.

I have not seen that particular bar before.

Here is a Leach Garner (Canada) gram silver bar on eBay:

Here is a Leach Garner (USA) 2.5 gram gold in assay card:

I would guess that your bar would sell for a moderate premium - perhaps in the range of $45 to $65.

  • Last two on worthpoint.com (ebay archives) went for $96 and $45.

Kitco currently says $30.08. Expect lowball to sever lowball offers from the "coin dealers" in the $20-25 range. $30.08 seems pricy to me personally, I'd be spot -5%. It's modern which doesn't carry any premium. My experiences FWIW. RGDS!

The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.
    BOOMIN!™
Wooooha! Did someone just say it's officially "TACO™" Tuesday????

So your offer is about $28.50 ?
We already established that it does carry a moderate premium ($45 prior sale as per Worthpoint).

Since I don't have one of these, I would offer $40.
