for shill bidding (bidding on your own auctions to boost them up), i was gonna bid on his marino auto helmet when i noticed the high bid jumped $100 ( and the same guy was the high bidder )..i looked in the bid history and found a similar bid name to the seller, checked his other auctions and completed auctions and the same name showed up in every single auction, I told safe harbor to take a look, an hour later hes booted.
