PCGS currency holders damaged, would they reholder?

Isn’t it just the thin film protecting the clear holder ?
Most collectors peel the film off to get a better view of the note.
They were both baked in a case in the sun, warped holders.
I'm thinking they would re-holder them, the notes themselves look OK in the photos.

I wouldn't waste the money. How much are you going to spend between postage, insurance, and fees?
PCGS reholder is around $12 bucks each plus handling and shipping. Whole job could be done for under $50.
Or if there are any shows near you where PCGS is in attendance you can drop it off with them and save at least a little on shipping I think.
