I don't collect stamps but I cane surely appreciate there beauty.
I have two Stamp Block holders full of stamps.
Can someone tell me where I can get an idea of value?

I'm not sure where you looked on ebay but unless there is an unlikely rare stamp hidden in there, all I'm seeing is discount postage.
If you can get a collector interested in the plate blocks you might be able to sell them at a slight premium, but they'd have to be in top condition (the pencil-marked one is out). Also, many of the blocks pictured are not plate blocks.
Stamps of this type are usually sold at a % of face value, such as 50-60% of face value.
Zero value. Use them for postage. My mail lady loves when I use old stamps on the bills.
Thank you guys. I wasn't really expecting to hit a home run. I though maybe one or two would be decent. I posted them for sale but I will take it down. They just don't have the value. I can accept that.

I agree with the other posters. There appears to be nothing of value there. Just use them as postage. If sold to a dealer they would likely be bought at well below face value.

That's the painful part of stamp collecting decline. The old stamps are really nice, in design and production quality. Those old engraved stamps were printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in the same manner as banknotes.
