I prefer Zelle or PPFF upon agreement of price for the transaction.
I've completed significant gold transactions with Wondercoin seamlessly in the past, and other smaller transactions here over the years.
As spot can be volatile, once price is agreed upon, even if spot increases significantly, the sales price won't increase further.
