your search engine is terrible

What did you expect a search for Antarctica to turn up? I tried Costa Rica and it worked well.
Doggedly collecting coins of the Central American Republic.
Visit the Society of US Pattern Collectors at USPatterns.com.
I expected it to produce a few coins that related to Antarctica. Why not? Ebay is loaded with them. Numisbids find auctions related to it https://www.numisbids.com/n.php?searchall=antarctica&p=searchall
Thank you guys for your feedbacks. I appreciate it! This way we can make the search even better.
Regarding "Antarctica" - I couldn't find any in the open lots, please try search the archive (see my pic). There are quite some in the closed lots.
Did anybody else have a chance to check it out?
Is it working for you guys?
I just tried it for PCGS CAC Mercury Dimes and Capped Bust Dimes. It seems to show a lot of eBay listings, and some L&C, but I don’t see listings of the major auction sites, like Great Collections and Heritage.

My collecting “Pride & Joy” is my PCGS Registry Dansco 7070 Set:

Thank you Steve for taking your time to write feedback. Nice that it worked for you.
Good catch regarding Great Collections - it is currently turned off, we are fixing the integration with GC, it should be done in a week or so.
Regarding Heritage, there are quite some, see my screen, maybe you had too many results from ebay. Please try choosing specific auction in the filters.
Mike
I’m still not seeing any listings for Heritage in the general search. In the “search” bar, I typed in 1918 Dime PCGS CAC
I cannot use this site until it’s fixed. Sorry.

Hi Steve
I checked it on Heritage website search, and there is no such a lot in the active Heritage auction either
Yes, it does bring you more results dropping some words when there are not enough exact matches (just like google does). But I agree this is not reflected in the search results clearly. We will fix it (the info message)
Lastly, just to double check - make sure to select Heritage in the filters (not to search for 'Heritage' in the bar)
Thank you Steve for your feedback!

Thanks Steve, you are absolutely right. I could track down the issue now )) It will be fixed.
OK. I'm patient. I'll do a new search later this week.
Thanks.

I tried a search for “PCGS CAC Two Cent 1864” and the vast majority of the results are for listings without CAC stickers. Am I doing something wrong? If the site cannot filter out for me listings without CAC stickers, I will not use it, as way too much time will be wasted.
I strongly suggest you look at the filtering system used by collectorscorner.com. I search that site EVERY night for coins on my Want List, as it’s super efficient, showing me ONLY the coins that meet all of my criteria (other than eye appeal). THAT filtering system, and its super efficiency, needs to be your goal. I hope you achieve it, since collectorscorner.com only shows listings that the seller pays fees to for participating.

Sorry, but I’m giving up!
I just tried a search for “PCGS CAC Capped Dime”. Not only did the results have a LOT of listings with no CAC stickers, but it also included Mercury Dimes, Roosevelt Dimes, and Seated Dimes! Admittedly, when I then added the word Bust after Capped, that filtered out the other dimes. But it really needs to work just with the word Capped, instead of completely ignoring that word!
No more trying on my part until it works better. Sorry.
I’m rooting for you to succeed!

I couldn't add Stacks, GC (as mentioned above) or Collectors Corner. You def need to get those added.
I'd change the interface for adding new shops. Instead of asking people to type the name of a shop to add before adding them, I'd prefer scrolling through an alphabetized list where I can find who I want to add and also see who else is available to add.
Best of luck to you.
