Finding a type set help please

Has anyone heard of this type set?

complete type set (true circulation strikes 1834-1933)

If so can you provide a link to the set composition requirements. I see an article from 2017 but can’t find it in the registry.

  MJ, nothing for the years you are asking about at PCGS, not sure about NGC
