This is another coin my grandpa had that is now in my dad's collection. It has some obvious wear on it but I figured I would ask to see what year it might be from and what country.
I was thinking early 1900's and a 1 cent piece from England but I know I could be wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.

France, Napoleon III from 1853-1864. Probably a 10 Centimes (assuming it’s bronze).
I can’t see the date.
