Posting new die marriage doesn't register in my regular set

I just posted the first examples of three die marriages. They show up in the SLH WB-### set, but not in the Regular SLH date and major variety set. Why is that? I would also like them posted and scoring points in the regular set. When I try to add them to the regular set, it tells me it's already in the inventory. Re there time delays?

What good is this board? Apparently pretty good!

No questions ever get answered. Coins can never get entered into my set even if they're PCGS slabbed coins. Doesn't matter how many times I try!

This question got fixed! I learned to delete a problem coin, reenter the cert #, and then refresh. All the storm clouds went away and now I see rainbows leading to my awesome pot of silver! (sorry, no gold)

    PLEASE ACCEPT MY APOLOGIES!

This forum is not monitored unless flagged for problems, and then the moderator will tell you to call customer service, who will say they don't know, or to ask the registry by using their online request form to report a certificate that should be in the set, which after you do that it will sit there for several months waiting for an expert to review the request, and don't forget to upload slab photos front and back, too. I have 42 requests in currently, so don't feel like this is anything unusual. Good luck.

I've had a tough time figuring out these registries. The strangest thing for me are these PCGS coins that don't get accepted into my sets, and I cannot figure out how to change that.

Thanks for posting this "slot request." Now I'll go looking for it and add a half dozen coins to their "to do" list. I added some previously unrepresented die marriages and those coins are not showing up in my basic set of SLHs.

My slot requests have always been handled quickly. Same thing with email to the set registry (not the standard info email)

Mine get handled quickly as well, but nothing gets resolved.

I enter an 1859-O WB12 into the slot request with the proper cert. # and I get "This Certification Number 47209687 already matches this slot." Yet there is no record of it in my SLH basic set. I've asked at least 10 times.

Same with my 1856-S WB3, and my 1864-S WB4. They're featured in Coin Facts. I get the same message. Just cannot get them into my set. They're new Coin Facts plate coins. Maybe it takes some time.

My 1876-CC WB12 - from the previous submission. Another Coin Facts plate coin for the DM. I still cannot see the coin in my set no matter how many times I submit a slot request.

All of these were the first coins graded, labeled, and photographed for that die marriage. They are the plate coins for these DMs. They are not added to my basic SLH set. Maybe if I wait another month.

I have had several coins that weren't in the sets
All I did was go to this tab when you open your set
Report a Cert That Should Match This Composite
They added my coins the very next day
    OR
You could give Daniel Paz a call
949-567-1214 and explain to him what you would like added
Note: Coin certs#s MUST be in your inventory
    Good luck

I tried it again and I get the same message, that it is already assigned to the slot, yet I do not see it or receive credit for it.

I will call Mr. Paz tomorrow.

Are you putting in the cert # where it says to?
Is the coin in your inventory?
    I never had a problem requesting a coin, that's why I don't understand why you're having a problem
Tell me what you did and I will try and work with you to get this fixed

    Yes.
    Yes.
I hit "Submit request" and I get the following message...
"This Certification Number 47209685 already matches this slot."

Nothing shows up in my collection -

    Ok
Try removing the coin that's in that slot now
    Then
make sure (at the top of the page) it says Add to existing slot
    then
    un check Hide filled slots
    then
    select the slot
    then
    add the cert #
    See if that works

I deleted and then reentered 4 problematic coins from my inventory. I got an error message. I'm now going to try entering them one at a time.

I checked my inventory and the four coins did not delete. I've had it with this tonight. I'm getting nowhere. I'll call tomorrow.

WAIT! I refreshed the "set" page and they all went in as far as I can tell.

    THANK YOU!

If you ever have problems just post it here and either goldminers (very very good at this) or I will try and get it fixed, as mentioned this board is not monitored so we take care of each other.
