Help identify 2 coins (Mexico I believe)

The one counterstamped Mo has no discernible devices, the Mo seems to be for the Mexico City mint. I appreciate any help identifying what these are. Thanks in advance!

Not sure about the first one, but I’m pretty sure the second one is a so-called Hacienda Token from Mexico.
