Bank of Mauritius

Has anyone ordered directly from the Bank of Mauritius (https://www.bom.mu/bank-notes-coins/coins/commemorative-coins)? They have several coin offerings that look interesting, I'm hesitant to order from such a small foreign country, but it's the actual government, so might be worth it. Premiums and shipping is high, but some neat items not found regularly

Previous transactions: Wondercoin, goldman86, dmarks, Type2

A colleague of mine had to go to there for our work. It is a legitimate country. But I can’t say anything other than that.

Ha! Thanks @OriginalDan. Yes, I know Mauritius very well. I lived and worked there from 2018-2021. I've been to the Central Bank a number of times on official business. They have a really nice coin museum on the first floor (and the best view of the island on the top floor!) I have a platinum proof coin from Mauritius next to me on my desk as I type this.

Mauritius is a small, but fairly wealthy country in the Indian Ocean, east of Africa. The country is legit, the Central Bank is legit. Shipping might be your main risk, though.

@DDR Thanks - shipping is a risk even in the states unfortunately, but they do add insurance to the order, so I'm thinking i'd be covered

Not to detract from OP but DDR can you post picture of your Mauritius platinum coin?
Do you have the Dodo coins?

Here is a picture of the platinum proof coin. I have a few other Mauritian coins, including one chopmarked, but no Dodo coins.
