lol this is too damn funny, I sent the seller a mail and here are his answers:

1)
First of all, I would like to hear what you know about this card. This is
not my card, I am listing it for a friend of mine. Could you please call me
regarding this or have the person who pulled the card call me?? I want to
tell you though, that I am an honest seller, my feedback speaks for that and
I think that it is unfair of you to go spreading a terrible rumor without
finding out all the facts. If the card is as you say, I will pull it.
PLEASE RESPOND!!!!!!!!!!!!

Am also going to keep a copy of this slanderous email to send to ebay. This
is slander. Even if this is true, this has no bearing on me. The person
that gave this card to me bought it from someone. This is just wrong. If I
don't hear from you with a phone call regarding this will assume that you do
not have the proof that you say you do. Please help me get to the bottom of
this. I am an honest seller and don't mind your help, but the slander and
accusations are uncalled for. If I do not hear from you I will go to ebay
with this email later today. Have never had anything like this happening
to me. Will also be contacting a lawyer regarding this if you do not
respond. THIS IS PURE SLANDER OF AN HONEST BUSINESS OWNER!!

If anyone does anything to contact a buyer of this card he will sue because he talked to a lawyer and can sue because its none of our business... Slander he is saying... Negative info because he has no visible proof. He has contacted a lawyer and he will sue he keeps saying. He was paid a commission and he will SUE!! blah blah blah!! He is a retired college professor... He says to relay this in a friendly tone that PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ANY BUYERS OF THIS CARD AND TELL THEM IT IS A FAKE PATCH BECAUSE THAT IS SLANDER AND HE WILL SUE!! He then compares this card to a girl getting raped??? If a girl was raped and got pregnant should the baby be aborted because of the rape. He says no. That is like this ming. THe patch was raped but should the auction be stopped without visible proof. The guy that paid him to list this has been a customer for 12 years and he cant stop the auction because of that. He saw a picture of the card but couldnt see the serial number so he cant do anything. He Stressed the part about sueing though.... Just to let you all know. He also says why even look at a card you sold already. Its none of our business if we arent going to buy it.

He sounded like an honest guy until he kept trying to justify keeping the auction going??

I would want visible proof before I bought the card though lol Kind of ironic heh? I mean he really doesnt know us from anyone and if Azianphenom doesnt have a Clear Picture of the serial number on the card then he will probably get away with it

Maybe UD took pics of all of them before they were inserted in packs. I dont know but if I bought that card and received an email saying the patch was fake.... I would be making a stop at whatever city this guy lives in.. that is for sure and he would pay me back one way or another. I kind of feel bad already for the buyer of this card, Maybe the reserve wont be met?

well you have proof.. I bet that AzianPhenom has some friends who saw the card.. maybe his father/mother/brother/sister.. all eye witnesses.. and I do think there are special computerprograms that can read the serial number on the scan he posted a while ago..
there's evidence enough.. one could really make money out of this
