I recently started a thread in the US coin forum regarding my decision to sell the bulk of my collection.
Due to numerous previous good experiences, I've decided to enlist the help of John Agre at Coin Rarities Online. The sale will happen over a period of 4 or 5 months and some of these will start to show up on his website and in his Early Bird listing next week. For the most part, I will let him handle the ins and outs of the process, but I'm happy to respond to PMs too. It will be a fun/sad/enjoyable/nervous/hopeful process, I'm sure.

@Meltdown, Sorry. I considered this, and after weighing the pros and cons, decided to let CRO sort it all out.
Well, here are a few sets I could find. After you retire the set, it's a bit difficult to find some of them.
One request, please! Please don't badger John Agre at CRO. If a coin you want isn't on his website, you can safely assume he doesn't have it and hasn't seen it yet. Like I said, this sale will happen over several months. If there's something you're interested in, PM me instead, and I'll give you an idea of when it will be coming up.

Best of luck! Last week, CRO used your 1939-D Merc as part of an email blast I think. If I did not already have a nicely toned 68+FB CAC example, I would have considered yours. It's very nice!

The first batch of coins has hit CRO's early bird site.
Bought a couple of CAC coins to update my Type set. 1878-S Trade and 1925-D $2-1/2 Gold piece. Look forward to seeing them in person when I pick them up at the Pittsburg ANA show.
