When posting, supply a clear photo of both sides of the coin along with your close up
and do NOT use screen shots, they are too pixilated.
In answer to your question, that cannot be a mint mark, if it was there would be 100’s of thousands
of them struck and would have been discovered long ago.it is probably some sort of damage but not clear enough to say exactly what.

Your coin appears to have a spot of corrosion or some other post mint damage. (PMD)
The mint mark is on the die so many coins would look like yours if it was a misplaced mint mark.

The second coin you posted is showing machine/mechanical doubling.

The biggest difference is that while some doubled dies can be valuable, machine doubling is worthless.
I think I have some real doubling on a couple 1958 when looking at it it kind of looks like a shadow I kept moving my light thinking it was casting a shadow they were like new so I just figured it was the shine making me see it I'll see if I can find them again thank I'll put a couple pics on here if I find them thank you so much
