Last rumor I heard was they will still do BCCG but only for their largest submitters. Not sure if that is still true though.
i can't find anything on the website. Let me know if you find out to do it.

BCCG is not going away. It is really just designated for larger bulk/dealer orders with quantity though. They no longer want “regular” customers sending in for BCCG for multiple reasons .
