Does the PCGS registry recognize a GSA labeled slab #7080 (1878 CC) as if it were in it's original GSA holder and #518845 (1878 CC)?
Pic example:

USAF (Ret.) 1985 - 2005. E-4B Aircraft Maint. Crew Chief and Contracting Officer.
✓ Everyman Mint State Carson City Morgan Dollars (1878 – 1893)
✓ Morgan Dollar GSA Hoard (1878 – 1891)
✓ Everyman Mint State Lincoln Cents (1909 – 1958)
✓ Matte Proof Toned Lincoln Cents (1909 – 1916)

The cert is still valid and will work in the registry, however, it would be fraudulent to do so. That PCGS cert tag was taken out of a PCGS holder and paired with this coin. While it is not impossible that this coin in the GSA holder was the same coin that was graded by PCGS, once a coin is cracked out of its PCGS holder the coin is in essence raw. Also it is possible that the coin inside the GSA holder was not the coin that PCGS saw and graded as MS64.

Thanks but not saying the coin was cracked out of a PCGS holder. Simply asking if the GSA Morgan hoard registry will recognize #7080 as a GSA hoard coin without the PCGS number starting with 518845, which is for a 1878 CC GSA Hoard coin in it's original GSA holder. Thanks.

Still hoping someone can answer my question. Does anyone have experience and know?

Try doing "WHAT IF" and see if it will fit the slot. If it doesn't do a request to add a coin to a set and you will find out shortly.
Or you could just call PCGS and ask.
